‘One is not born but rather becomes…’

These days gender as the topic has become a mouse trap that everyone but no one discusses. On the one hand, the sweeping generalisation of the broader society continues to fail in identifying individualism and yet objectify personal experience and expressions. On the other hand, merely circling and posing about gender within the art circle comprises a part of political righteousness and a marketing scam. Against this phenomenon, the exhibition focuses on acknowledging ourselves and revealing our identities beyond social constructions, while the artists shift between the roles of observer and practitioner.
